When you are having an extremely busy day and feel you are exhausted and have so much to do and no time to do it, there are exercises you can do wherever you are. Flex exercises are easy to do while driving, waiting for an appointment, riding an elevator or etc.
Start with flexing the muscles in your feet. Hold the flex for ten seconds each. Do as many as you feel comfortable doing. Repeat the process for each of the following: calves, thighs and buttocks, pelvis area and stomach, chest, upper arms, forearms, hands, neck and face.
Start small and work up. Remember to consult your physician before starting any diet or exercise program.
