Easy Salads

1 pkg romaine salad mix
1/2 c dried blueberries
1 small can crushed pineapple, do not drain unless you want to use salad dressing
1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese, if desired
1 c pecans, if desired
 
Toss salad together and chill. Serves 6.  
 
You can use any dried fruit and canned fruit combination you like. You can put together any combination of fresh salad greens and salad you like. You could have a new salad every night just changing some of the ingredients. Use walnuts instead of pecans and etc.
