Low Back Strengthening Exercises

I have a "Body by Jake" exercise seat with arms that adjust to weights and you can do ab and back exercises on it. You sit on the seat when it is adjusted to the back exercise setting, put your feet behind the ankle pads, grab the arm handles and push back. Start with a few back pushes and then work up. You will be surprised how fast your back feels better. It has 3 weights. You can start with one weight and work up to all three. Be sure to ask your doctor before investing in a piece of equipment or beginning an exercise program.
